Quality is a written standard, not an adjective.
Every order runs against a physical standard, a written specification and an agreed inspection level. Without those three, quality is whatever each side remembers.
Sealed sample
One approved pre-production sample, sealed and retained. Production is judged against the garment, not a picture of it.
Measurement spec
Every measurement point, per size, with a stated tolerance. A tolerance turns a disagreement into a measurement.
Inspection level
The standard and level used for final inspection, and the defect classification, agreed with you before production starts.
Incoming material
Bulk fabric checked against the approved sample for hand, weight, width and shade. Shade banding recorded and managed at cutting.
Cutting
Lay and marker verified, shade bands kept together through the bundle, directional and one-way cloth checked before the first cut.
First off-line
The first complete units from the line measured and compared to the sealed sample before the run continues.
Inline
Checks at defined points in the sequence, recorded, so drift is caught inside a bundle rather than across an order.
Finishing
Press quality, hand finishing, thread trimming, closure function and label placement.
Final inspection
Inspection to the agreed standard and level, with a written report issued before release.
We would rather be trusted than certified-sounding.
This page describes how we control quality. It does not list certifications, audits or client names we have not earned or are not free to publish.
If your brand requires a specific certification, audit standard or compliance programme, tell us at enquiry stage. We will tell you plainly whether we hold it today, whether we can obtain it, and what that would take — rather than answering yes and explaining later.
Set the standard before the first cut.
Send us your measurement spec and inspection requirements with your enquiry, and we will quote against them.
