Product Development
We take a reference, a silhouette or a partly-formed idea and develop it into a garment that can actually be cut, sewn and repeated — without flattening the intent behind it.
Technical Development
Construction decisions, seam types, internal structure, closure engineering, measurement specifications and a tech pack your future factories could also read.
Pattern Making
First patterns drafted or draped to your fit standard, corrected through fitting, then graded across your size set with rules recorded.
Material Sourcing
Fabric, lining, interlining, thread and trim sourced against hand, weight, drape, performance and price — with alternatives proposed when the first choice will not hold up.
Sampling
Proto, fit and pre-production samples, each with a written comment sheet, so approval is a documented step rather than a conversation.
Manufacturing
Cutting, sewing and assembly of complex garments in low to medium volume, planned so that the last unit matches the sealed sample.
Quality Control
Inline checks at defined points in the line and a final inspection against an agreed standard, reported before the goods leave.
Finishing & Delivery
Pressing, hand finishing, labelling, tagging, polybag and carton packing to your specification, then handover to your freight forwarder or ours.

Low to medium volume. High complexity. High value.
This is a deliberate position, not a limitation. Complex garments in small runs need a different line, different planning and different people from a high-volume basics programme.
If your programme is closer to the third example, we will say so early and, where we can, point you somewhere better suited. That is a faster answer than a quotation neither of us is happy with.
