A manufacturer that reads a design the way its designer does.
AUCO MODE is a Vietnam-based premium fashion development and manufacturing house serving fashion brands worldwide. Manufacturing is what we do. Design understanding is what makes us better at it.
We know why a seam sits where it sits, why a hem falls the way it does, and which part of a design must be protected when a garment moves from one sample into a production run. That is the difference between a factory that executes a tech pack and a partner who can tell you the tech pack is wrong before the cloth is cut.

02Manufacturing Capability
We build garments that are difficult to build.
Precision of shape, correct internal structure, materials handled the way they need to be handled, and the same result on the last unit as on the sealed sample.
Shape
Pattern & Fit
Blocks drafted or draped to your fit standard, corrected through toile and fit sample, then graded with the rules written down so the next season starts from a known base.
Structure
Construction
Boned bodices, waist stays, canvassed and fused fronts, bias panels, underlinings and support layers specified style by style rather than applied by habit.
Material
Fabric Handling
Fine silk, crepe, chiffon, tulle, sequinned and beaded cloth cut, joined and pressed with the needle, thread, foot, tension and heat each one needs.
Repeatability
Consistency
A sealed sample, a written measurement spec with tolerances, inline checks in the line and a final inspection against an agreed standard.

Product Development
We take a reference, a silhouette or a partly-formed idea and develop it into a garment that can actually be cut, sewn and repeated — without flattening the intent behind it.

Technical Development
Construction decisions, seam types, internal structure, closure engineering, measurement specifications and a tech pack your future factories could also read.

Pattern Making
First patterns drafted or draped to your fit standard, corrected through fitting, then graded across your size set with rules recorded.

Material Sourcing
Fabric, lining, interlining, thread and trim sourced against hand, weight, drape, performance and price — with alternatives proposed when the first choice will not hold up.

Sampling
Proto, fit and pre-production samples, each with a written comment sheet, so approval is a documented step rather than a conversation.

Manufacturing
Cutting, sewing and assembly of complex garments in low to medium volume, planned so that the last unit matches the sealed sample.

Quality Control
Inline checks at defined points in the line and a final inspection against an agreed standard, reported before the goods leave.

Finishing & Delivery
Pressing, hand finishing, labelling, tagging, polybag and carton packing to your specification, then handover to your freight forwarder or ours.

Designer Dresses
Soft and structured dresses where the shape is the product. Drape, panel balance and hem behaviour decide whether it reads as designer or as approximate.

Garments worn once and photographed from every angle. Symmetry, closure placement and internal support have to survive a full evening.

Eveningwear
Long lines, heavy or fragile cloth, and finishing that has to look considered from the inside as well as the outside.

Contemporary Luxury Womenswear
Repeatable collection product at a price point that still expects fabric quality, clean construction and consistent fit across sizes.

Tailoring
Structured construction: canvas or fusible fronts, set sleeves, collars and lapels that hold their roll after pressing and wear.

Light and fluid cloth, minimal internal structure, and finishing that stays clean through washing and packing.

Modest Luxury
Full coverage without losing line. Length, opacity, lining strategy and sleeve and neckline construction handled as design decisions, not afterthoughts.

Proof at 100mm.
Quality in this category is not a claim, it is a detail seen close up: the inside of a bodice, the return on a hem, the tension of a bead, the exit of a pleat.

Having experienced the journey from sketch to finished garment firsthand, our founder understands how important it is for fashion brands to work with a manufacturing partner who understands not only how garments are made, but why they are designed the way they are.
That experience shaped AUCO MODE: a premium fashion development and manufacturing house where brands can find the technical knowledge, craftsmanship and production capabilities needed to bring exceptional products to life — whether they begin with an idea, a design, a tech pack or a finished sample.
We don’t exist to impose our aesthetic on another designer’s work. We exist to understand their vision — and execute it exceptionally well.

Vietnam’s garment industry is deep, but its reputation abroad was built on volume. The skill that matters for our clients is the other one: hand work, patience with difficult cloth, and the habit of finishing something properly because it will be looked at closely.
